All proceeds benefit the Rock Dam Lake Association, supporting conservation and community efforts to keep our lake and surrounding area thriving for generations to come.

The 5K route winds through scenic roads near Rock Dam Lake. Water stations and golf cart support will be positioned along the course.

Rock Dam Days 5K 2026 Finisher Medal — Wisconsin state shape with pine trees and forest green ribbon

Every Finisher Gets a Medal

Cross that finish line and take home a custom Rock Dam Days finisher medal. This year's design features the Wisconsin state outline with pine trees and the Rock Dam Days logo. The lanyard detaches and there's a magnet on the back, so it doubles as a fridge magnet to remember the day. Plus, prizes for the top 3 overall finishers!

Can I walk instead of run? expand_more

Yes! This is a 5K Run/Walk. Walkers of all paces are welcome and encouraged.

Is this a timed race? expand_more

No. This is an unsanctioned, untimed, fun run event. No official times will be recorded or provided. We do our best to map out the course and get as close to 3.1 miles as possible, but the course may be slightly shorter or longer.

Do I get a t-shirt? expand_more

Yes! Your $20 registration includes a t-shirt with the 2026 Rock Dam Days logo. Register by June 15, 2026 to guarantee your size. After that date, shirts are first-come, first-served.

Can I register on race day? expand_more

Yes! Day-of registration is available from 6:45 - 7:45 AM at AKA Lakeside. Cash or Venmo accepted. Just note that t-shirt sizes may be limited for day-of registrants.

How do I pay? expand_more

Venmo: Send $20 to @jomegs (Megan Johnson).
Cash: Pay in person at packet pick-up (Friday evening or Saturday morning).
